About

Build lasting resilience and learn to use stress to your advantage. A science and practice-based training to learn how to use stress positively and increase resilience, well-being, motivation and performance. Imagine being able to use stress as a positive driver of performance, motivation, resilience and well-being. Most stress programs tend to focus on the idea that stress is bad and that it must be lowered at all cost. While this can be useful, research shows that stress can also be positive and that how we react to stress depends on our mindset during a stressful event. This training, which is based on the latest and most respected scientific studies and research, looks at stress differently and shows you how to 'expand' around it rather than constantly fearing it. If you want to build resilience and flexibility to better manage stress and change, this training is for you! What you will learn: - How to train in ‘Stress Mindset Ju-jitsu’ and go from white to black belt - How to develop mindset (psychological) flexibility for stronger resilience - How to change and reframe your stress response - How to increase neuroplasticity - How stress connects to performance and motivation - How stress is triggered in the brain and nervous system - How to define your zone of stress tolerance and to stretch it - How to identify and reframe limiting beliefs and thoughts patterns - How to read the stress data sent by your body in specific situations - How to identify symptoms of under and over-activation and what you can do to change them - How to relax your nervous system quickly - Some key concepts about the science and disciplines mentioned in the next section
