About me and how I work

I have done quite a bit in my twenty-five year career.

 

From leading large teams of digital designers and developers and managing the digital agency (that I co-founded) to running a corporate health accelerator and providing mental health and agile trainings to hundreds of employees, I have had the chance to explore many different aspects of work in start-ups, NGOs and companies of all sizes.

Therefore, I understand the pain points and challenges that leaders, teams and employees face. I have been there, on the receiving end of stress, burnout, uncertainty and of the demands of managing change and complexity.

After doing more and more mental health and mindset change work for my last employer (and realising that I was good at it and truly helping people with their challenges), I decided to become an independent coach.

I opened a private practice in Berlin, and I embarked on a series of certifications and trainings to enhance my skills and to become an even better coach and therapist. 

In addition to the degrees and trainings that I already had (MBA, MA, Agile certifications such as ICP-CAT, CAL I, SAFe, and Neuroscience for Business), I proceeded to obtain various certifications and trainings in:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Life and Health Coaching

  • Emotional Freedom Technique

  • Healing Trauma

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Positive Neuroplasticity

  • Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence

Therefore, my approach is practical, business, therapy and science-informed, and people-centered. I integrate:

  • Stress management and resilience methods rooted in ACT, CBT, life/health coaching and neuroscience

  • Coaching models focused on clarity, mindset, resilience and sustainable performance

  • 25+ years of experience across change management, innovation, and emotional well-being

  • A calm, trusted presence that makes space for honest insight and growth

Available in English, German, or French. Coaching delivered online or on-site.
